These terms govern use of the HIIT56 website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that class bookings, purchases and studio participation may be subject to additional waivers and policies.
Website information
HIIT56 aims to keep class descriptions, pricing and contact information accurate, but schedules, instructors, offers and terms may change. The live booking system and studio confirmation control if information differs.
Fitness and health
Website content and concierge responses are general information, not medical advice. Exercise involves risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate and inform the coach of injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions or movement limitations before participating.
Bookings and purchases
Class reservations and purchases may be processed by Mindbody or another third-party provider. Its terms, payment rules, cancellation policies and privacy practices apply to those transactions. Recurring membership terms should be reviewed at checkout.
First-class offer
The free first class is currently promoted for eligible local residents and may be subject to availability, identity verification, exclusions or change. Contact the studio for current details.
Intellectual property
HIIT56 names, logos, visual assets, written content and videos are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, interfere with other users or use forms and chat for spam or harassment.
Third-party links
Links to Mindbody, ClassPass, Google, YouTube, social platforms and HIIT56 Online are provided for convenience. HIIT56 is not responsible for third-party availability or content.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. These terms do not waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
