Founded by Pam Waddick • 2015

One woman opened the door.
West Boca made it home.

HIIT56 began in 2015 when Pam Waddick opened a West Boca studio with a beautiful, stubborn belief: nobody should disappear inside a workout.

She wanted the programming to be serious, the energy to be electric and the care to stay personal. That promise still shapes the room today. Coaches know who is new before class begins, remember what members are working toward, celebrate the quiet wins and stay connected long after the last rep.

The people behind the personal

Six coaches.
One room that knows you.

Susie, Chantel, Pam, Lauren, Michael and William bring different eyes, voices and strengths to the floor. What they share is the habit of paying attention: knowing who is new before warm-up, remembering what each member is working toward and coaching the person—not merely the station.

You will feel the room’s energy. More importantly, you will feel recognized. That is how serious training becomes somewhere people are genuinely glad to return to.

The HIIT56 idea

Strength, energy and actual belonging.

HIIT56 is a 56-minute hybrid: secure strength training, heart-pumping intervals, functional movement and core work for every fitness level. The sessions change constantly so your body keeps adapting and your brain never checks out.

But the equipment is only half the story. The team learns names, movement histories and goals, then stays personal inside class and outside it. That relationship is not an add-on. It is the center of the brand.

The HIIT56 code

Five characters.
One clear point of view.

The principles that have powered HIIT56 from the beginning, sharpened for the way the room trains now.

H

Hardware with purpose

Self-spotting Smith machines and cable stations let a group train strength with confidence, control and real progression.

I

Intensity with intelligence

Heart rate matters, but so do position, pacing and the version of the movement that is right for you today.

I

Intervals with range

Steps and stepmills, SkiErgs, Concept2 rowers, Freak Athlete and adjustable benches, hex bars, ropes, TRX, free weights, plates, bands, gliders, sleds, equalizers and more keep the work functional and alive.

T

Training that evolves

Certified coaches study current exercise science, introduce useful new movements and build sessions around the people standing in front of them.

56

More done in less time

A complete strength, conditioning and core experience in 56 focused minutes. It is not how long you stay; it is how well you train.

The local heartbeat

West Boca is not a market.
It is the community.

HIIT56 has been shaped by the people who train here, the friendships built between stations and the little moments outside class that turn a gym into a local home.

People work harder when they feel known. They stay more consistent when somebody notices their progress, checks in after an absence and celebrates the win that would look small anywhere else.
