D'Tox!
Open the week with lower-body strength, purposeful conditioning and a core finish that leaves no loose ends.
The week starts Monday and never repeats itself: strength, conditioning and core work with a clear daily focus and personal coaching at every level.
Each format has a distinct bias, but none lives in a box. Expect secure strength work, smart conditioning, core training and a coach who knows when you are new.
Open the week with lower-body strength, purposeful conditioning and a core finish that leaves no loose ends.
Controlled heavier work for the upper body, sharpened by deliberate reps, smart intervals and hands-on coaching.
A fast, total-body cardio session built around lighter loads, explosive movement, athletic patterns, plyometric options and high-volume work.
Legs, glutes and core under pressure, with intensity scaled to your level and every rep coached with purpose.
Upper-body strength, bracing and conditioning come together in a functional, energetic format that never feels one-note.
A total-body mix with extra attention below the waist, rotating enough to keep both your brain and your body switched on.
A fast-moving full-body session with an upper-body edge, athletic pacing and a finish built to send the week out loud.
Each class carries its own training bias, pace and attitude. The constant is personal coaching: the day adapts to the person, not the other way around.
Find your time on the live scheduleWe pay attention to people, not just stations. When you reserve as a first-timer, the trainer already knows you are new before you arrive. The team will welcome you, walk the room with you, learn what you need and stay connected in and out of class.
All levels does not mean anonymous. It means every person gets coached.
HIIT56 combines self-spotting Smith machines and cable stations with steps and stepmills, SkiErgs, Concept2 rowers, Freak Athlete and adjustable benches, hex bars, battle ropes, TRX, medicine and sand balls, sandbags, free weights, plates, bands, gliders, sleds, equalizers, bikes and bodyweight. Coaches keep the programming current with useful science and new movement ideas—not novelty for novelty's sake.
Smith machines, cables, SkiErgs, steps, rowers, free weights and the rest of the room give coaches more ways to build strength, conditioning and movement skill around real members.
Come for the workout. Stay because the room knows your name.
