Information you provide
When you request a free class, contact the studio or use a lead form, the website may collect your name, address, email address, phone number, preferred training time, workout frequency, movement limitations you choose to disclose, electronic signatures, guardian information for minors, agreement versions, acceptance timestamps and related form details.
How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your request, help you book a class, prepare the coach for your visit, document waiver and studio-policy acceptance, create and deliver signed PDF receipts, provide customer service, meet operational or legal obligations and improve the website experience. HIIT56 does not sell personal information submitted through these forms.
Website concierge
The 56AI concierge runs locally in your browser using a fixed HIIT56 knowledge base. Chat questions are not sent to OpenAI or another third-party AI provider. Do not rely on chat for medical advice or submit sensitive medical, financial or identity information.
Forms, waiver receipts and service providers
Netlify processes and stores verified website form submissions. For First Class Free submissions, a Netlify serverless function may create a signed PDF receipt and use a transactional email provider such as Resend to deliver copies to HIIT56, the participant and, when applicable, a guardian. These providers process information only as needed to provide those services and operate under their own privacy and security terms.
Booking and embedded services
The website links to third-party services such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Google Maps, YouTube and social platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices and may set cookies or collect device information when you open or interact with them.
Analytics and cookies
The production site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand page visits, conversions and site performance. Any analytics or advertising tools added later should be disclosed here and configured with appropriate consent where required.
Retention and security
Lead and waiver records may be retained for customer service, studio operations, dispute resolution, insurance, compliance and other legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but HIIT56 uses HTTPS, restricted service credentials, access controls and established service providers.
