X-FIT takes H.I.I.T. up one more notch!
X-Fit is truly an eXceptional total body, heart pumping and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. The class is roughly 40-minute long and is designed to tone your body, improve your endurance, and clear your mind. Always eXcellent and never the same workout.
X-Fit is perfect complement to our H.I.I.T. class. This class gives you the ability to lift a little bit heavier and incorporates olympic movements using dumbbells and push yourself physically and mentally a little further 2x per week.
This is just another way we have incorporated a variety of unique high intensity interval training workouts.
