KiiD56 youth fitness is a fitness program that uses a variety of creative formats including: agility, endurance, flexibility, body weight strength training & obstacle style workouts.

Classes Held: Monday & Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm.

Ages 9-13, some exceptions may apply.
